Christmas is a special time in Bologna. The city is covered by the typical mantle of light and colours of the holiday season, making the atmosphere really magical. The spirit of Christmas is to be found not only in the Christmas markets (see the themed tour by Walk ‘n Ride) but also in the countless and beautiful Nativity Scenes set up in every corner of Bologna.

Description

Walk ‘n Ride’s bike tour aims at showing you these little big wonders that since the 17th century have decorated Bologna’s palaces, private buildings and chapels.

Each stop will be introduced by the explanations of our tour guides, who will take you to the Nativities of the Basilica Santo Stefano or Seven Churches, Corte Isolani and the Basilica Santa Maria dei Servi, making you feel a rush of magic.

Finally, along the way we will stop for a cup of hot chocolate or tea with biscuits to keep you warm.

Tour available from 08/12 to 06/01

Dress code:
Comfortable clothes and sportswear.
During Summer sunscreen and a hat are recommended, as gloves, scarves and a cap during Winter.
